S.M.A.R.T Training Exercises with Ștefan Cusursuz
Do you want to learn the best way to perform and teach a basic exercise? What progression and regression can you do so that you can complete any kind of workout that includes basic exercises with body weight and / or free weights?
If so, then this workshop is for you, whether you are already a personal trainer or fitness group instructor or you just want to learn to diversify the workout you have been using for a long time or you are just starting out in the world of fitness and you don't know where to start.
