Welcome to the Master The Movements workshop! This event is specifically designed to help you develop your skills and gain solid knowledge about three fundamental exercises in the world of fitness: Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press.

YOU WILL LEARN
- Proper execution techniques: You will learn in detail how to perform each movement with precision and safety. We will explore key aspects of body positioning, correct joint alignment, and the use of appropriate muscles to efficiently execute the movements.
- Perfect form: You will learn how to maintain correct form during the exercises and how to avoid common mistakes that can lead to injuries. We will discuss back position, knee angle, hip angle, arm position, and other important factors to achieve optimal results.
- Performance optimization: The workshop will provide you with tips and tricks to enhance your performance in Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press. You will learn how to develop strength, endurance, and mobility to perform the movements more efficiently and powerfully.

Master Trainer Move On, part of the team guiding participants in the FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AND PERSONAL TRAINER COURSE. A graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Ionuț continued his professional specialization with numerous fitness courses: Instructor, Personal Trainer, Sport Nutrition, Kettlebell, BOSU, Schwinn Cycling, Functional Training, Stretching, HIIT, HIT, Communication Skills, TRX, FitMomInAction - Pre and Postpartum Training.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please bring towels and beverages to avoid dehydration throughout the day.
- Participants will receive electronic manuals via e-mail.
- It is recommended to bring all necessary materials for taking notes when instructed.
- Recording is not allowed, except for very special moments during the course with the instructor's permission and supervision.
*For logistic reasons, some modifications may appear in the program. These will be announced in due time for a better organization of the workshop.
