INTEGRATED CORE TRAINING Workshop
This workshop is addressed to fitness instructors, personal trainers, physical trainers and of course athletes or those who want to understand the principles of integrating core training into a fitness or physical training program.
The core musculature is an essential component in creating an efficient and personalized fitness program depending on the stages of training in which the client or athlete is. The exercises specific to each stage can be discovered by understanding 3 stabilization mechanisms, namely:
- Local Stabilization System (local stabilizers of the core)
- Global Stabilization System (muscles that connect the upper and lower body)
- Movement System (muscles responsible for acceleration and deceleration during dynamic activities)
YOU WILL LEARN
- the importance of the 3 stabilization mechanisms (local, global, movement);
- the impact of stabilization training on training and injury prevention programs;
- the characteristics of each stabilization mechanism specific to the training level of the client/athlete;
- exercises specific to each stabilization mechanism.

MASTER TRAINER: PAUL STOICESCU
A former tennis player with over 10 years of experience in sports, currently a fitness and field tennis coach, Paul is licensed/specialized in Sports and Motor Performance, with numerous courses and workshops attended over the years.
Having a holistic vision of the training programs, he was educated in multiple directions such as Communication Skills (Move On Education), Lower Back Recovery (Kinetic Recovery Education), Knee Recovery (Kinetic Recovery Education), Nutrition and Physical Activity for Health (Pittsburgh University ) and more.
Dedicated and oriented towards this fitness industry, Paul can't wait to provide quality information necessary for the realization of professional training programs.
His favorite motto is "Knowledge has power. It controls access to opportunity and advancement".
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice.
- Students will be provided with manuals in electronic format, via e-mail.
- Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers.
- Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
