With the versatility of the TRX Suspension Training® method, you will have a fitness solution for any client.
You will learn how to correctly perform the fundamental suspension training exercises, correct and guide clients in these exercises as well as the benefits and target muscles of these exercises. You will also learn variations and progressions to adapt the exercises to each fitness level.
Completion of this course qualifies you for Level 2 courses.
On completion of this course you will be able to:
• Properly complete over 30 suspension training exercises.
• Exercise variations (progress and regression) for all fitness levels.
• Establish standards for all 7 fundamental movements: Plank, Pull, Push, Bend, Squat, Lunge, Rotation
• Adjust resistance and stability for all exercises.
• Guide customers and correct common mistakes.
• Set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer correctly.
• Be registered in the Official TRX Directory of instructors and accredited centers.

MASTER TRAINER – DIMI BUTILCĂ
Founder of DIMI FITNESS and TRX Master Trainer
The name of the fitness trainer Dimi Butilcă is confused with the TRX. He is the one who brought this functional training to Romania in 2010.
TRX, or suspension exercises, were originally created to train soldiers in the US Navy. Therefore, it is based on military practices, movements from the training of performance athletes and physical recovery techniques. Classes are designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Students will be provided with manual, in electronic format, via e-mail.
- Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers.
- Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
- Come to the workshop with a small towel and water for all day.
