BOSU INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE
This course is designed for fitness & group fitness instructors, personal trainers and for people who love doing sports. BOSU is one of the most effective training systems and this is your chance to learn how to use it correctly!

Participants will be guided through the system, step by step, experiencing several exercises using the 4 Specific Variables. It can be physically demanding, but when taught properly, Bosu training is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and physical abilities.
Bosu workouts feature controlled movements that require the participant to be physically involved as well as "present" with the mind fully engaged, while benefiting from body remodeling and strengthening the mind.
In essence, the Bosu Instructor Training Course is about the personal and professional development of specialists in the field by expanding their movement vocabulary using this accessory effectively, creatively and safely. After this course you will have a new tools and ideas for designing better workouts for clients with different levels of fitness!

YOU WILL LEARN:
- The benefits of functional training, balance and stabilization training.
- Basic concept of core stabilization, and its function in daily activities, fitness and sports performance.
- How to progress or regress an exercise or drill with 4 Balance Challenge Variables.
- How to use the Balance Trainer in a dome up or dome down position.
- Modifications and variations for a single exercise by using weighted fitness balls, weighted bars or dumbbells.
- Progression of base exercise from easy to more challenging.
- Core workout with Balance Challenge modifications and variations.
- Upper, Lower or Total Body workout, showing how to use a theme to create variety.
- Circuit workout with equipment modifications and variations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Bring towels and drinks for avoiding dishidratation during all day practice.
- Make sure you have at least one more equipment to change and indoor sports shoes.
- Students will be provided with manual in electronic format, via email.
- Better bring all necessary for taking notes when demanded by trainers.
- Video is not allowed: Only in very specific moments of the education under trainer acceptance and supervision.
